1. This mini board ZVS finished board, without high pressure package, cooling fan and so on.
2. The maximum power of 120W (when 12V is induced by induction). Push the high pressure package 12V, the primary 5+5 turn, about 30W.
3. Input voltage DC 5V~12V, this voltage range is working voltage, not the power supply voltage when no load.(If the voltage exceeds 12V or less than 5V, the seller does not guarantee that it can work normally. The input voltage is not within this range.)
4.The use of battery and battery power supply must ensure that the working voltage is above 4.5V. Do not ensure that the voltage at work is always above 4.5V, do not use battery and battery power supply!
5. Confirm that all components are welded without error. The positive and negative pole of the power line has no reverse connection. After the load is connected (heating coil, high voltage package), the electricity will be energized again. No-load electricity is easy to damage!
Heating Coil Warm Tips:
1. The width of the heated object is between 1/3-1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, and the maximum should not exceed 2/3.
2. The diameter of the heated object should be controlled within 20mm. Too big heating will be difficult to heat. After all, the power is limited.
3. Induction heating, general work 5 minutes to power down cooling. Because induction heating has larger current and larger coil heating. When heated, some of the heat generated by the heated object will be passed to the heating coil. 4. When the heating time is long, the temperature of the heating coil will be very high. If the heating coil is connected to the connection terminal, it will melt the plastic part of the terminal. Therefore, it is better to directly weld the heating coil to the PCB board when induction heating.
5. For long time, it is recommended to use copper tube as coils and water cooling.
6. The current of pushing high voltage package and induction heating is related to input voltage, primary turn, heating coil turns and the volume of heated object.
The indicator light is not bright:
1. The cable was not connected, and the power was not electrified.
2. The board is damaged by the element.
When the indicator light is dim, it should be the power supply is insufficient, and the power supply needs to be replaced.
